The parish pastoral council is a group of leaders of the parish who assist the pastor in fulfilling the mission of the Church. The council investigates, studies, and discusses matters of concern to the parish. The pastoral council provides recommendations to the pastor for review. After the pastor responds to the recommendations, the council may assist the pastor with the implementation.
The councils typically meets on the 4th Tuesday of each month, specific dates are published to the parish community through the bulletin and flocknotes.
